A powwow is many things. It’s a time of celebration. It’s a homecoming, a gathering of friends and families. And so much more. Powwows are centuries-old traditions for many American Indian nations. These summer gatherings bring together members of each tribe for music, songs and dancing. Welcome to Pow Wow Festival 2011; a celebration of music and community. We look forward to sharing this amazing experience with all of you!
